The Box offers garage parking for $100 per month with one parking spot per household.
Our pet policy allows a maximum of two pets per household. Both cats and dogs are welcome, and there are no breed restrictions. We offer a monthly pet fee of $35 for one pet and $50 for two pets. Additionally, there is a one-time fee of $300 for one pet or $500 for two pets. We understand the importance of pets in your life and strive to provide a welcoming environment for both you and your furry friends.
We do not offer furnished apartments.

The minimum lease term is 9 months.
To secure your desired residence, we require a $50 non-refundable application fee. At the time of the application, a $200 reservation fee is due to hold the unit for you. In terms of the security deposit, it ranges from $350 to a full month's rent, depending on the specific unit.
We offer convenient and flexible options for rent payment to make the process hassle-free. Residents can utilize our user-friendly resident portal, easily accessible through our website, to pay rent online. Alternatively, our RentCafe mobile app provides a seamless mobile payment experience for added convenience. For those who prefer simplicity, we offer a text-to-pay option, allowing you to submit your payment with just a few taps on your phone. Additionally, we accept payments through WIPS (Wireless Information Payment System), ensuring secure and efficient transactions. If you prefer traditional methods, certified funds are also accepted. We strive to accommodate various preferences and provide you with multiple avenues to pay your rent effortlessly.
There is a $15/month charge for trash.
No utilities are included in the base rent.
Yes, we do require renters insurance.
We understand that having guests is a part of creating a welcoming environment in our community. We allow guests to stay with our residents for up to two weeks, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. However, if their stay exceeds the two-week period, they are required to be added to the lease agreement. In terms of parking, we kindly request that guests utilize street parking during their visit to ensure adequate parking availability for our residents.
We do not allow residents to sublet their apartment.
